Roll Band Evaporator

Roll Bond Evaporator, also known as roll-bond plate evaporator, is the mainstream direct-cooling heat exchange component for household refrigerators, horizontal freezers and commercial display cabinets. It is integrally manufactured using double-layer high-purity aluminum sheets as base materials through processes including printing anti-seepage patterns, high-temperature roll-bond lamination and high-pressure gas expansion to form built-in refrigerant flow channels. It is available in three structural types: single-sided, double-sided and partially single-sided. The finished product has a thickness ranging from 1.1 to 2.0 mm, with a maximum processable width of 590 mm and length of 2050 mm. Its integrated seamless structure eliminates thermal resistance caused by copper tube bonding plates, delivering uniform heat exchange, light weight and excellent tightness. All finished products undergo 10-bar pressure resistance leak testing and internal cleanliness inspection before delivery. Compatible with mainstream eco-friendly refrigerants R600a and R134a, its surface can be treated with powder-sprayed anti-corrosion and hydrophilic coatings. Custom processing services such as bending, hole punching and matching capillary tube welding are supported. It features fast cooling speed, lower energy consumption and a low failure rate with zero leakage points. Beyond household refrigeration equipment, it is also widely applied to battery water cooling plates and small medical refrigeration devices. The flow channel layout and overall dimensions can be customized according to customers’ drawings and cooling capacity requirements. Both bulk stock and custom orders are available, and the product complies with CE and RoHS compliance standards.
