Nenwell supplies custom condensers covering two major types: custom wire tube condensers and plate condensers. We can customize parameters including length and width dimensions, pipeline layout, wire tube spacing, fin density and bending shapes according to customers' equipment drawings, cooling capacity, installation space, voltage, refrigerants and application scenarios. Customized anti-corrosion coatings, special mounting holes, thickened pipelines and other specifications are also available. Our products are compatible with household refrigerators, commercial freezers and vehicle-mounted refrigeration equipment.

Q: What parameters can be modified for customized condensers?

A: Overall length and width dimensions, pipeline layout, wire-tube spacing, bending angles, hole positions, and anti-corrosion coatings can all be adjusted as required.

Q: Is sampling required before customization? How long is the lead time?

A: Sampling can be carried out first with provided drawings. The sampling lead time is 5-7 days, and the mass customization production lead time is 7-12 days.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for customization?

A: Small-lot sample orders are acceptable. There is a basic minimum order quantity for mass customization, and tiered discounts are available for large orders.

Q: What equipment and refrigerants are compatible with customized condensers?

A: They are compatible with refrigerators, freezers and vehicle-mounted refrigeration units, and support customization for mainstream eco-friendly refrigerants such as R600a and R134a.

Q: Do customized products come with export compliance certificates?

A: All products comply with CE and RoHS standards. Complete export documents including test reports and packing lists can be provided upon shipment.
